About GearOn

We're rebuilding vehicle care from both sides.

Bangladesh has 4.5 million vehicles and not enough trusted mechanics within reach of the people who drive them. GearOn is closing that gap - one verified service at a time.

Our Mission

To make trustworthy vehicle service as easy as ordering food - and to give Bangladesh's mechanics a path to a stable, dignified livelihood.

Bangladesh has over 4.5 million registered vehicles - but trust, transparency, and access remain broken on both sides of the transaction. GearOn exists to fix that.

Our story

Founded in
Dhaka, 2024.

Abdur Rahman started GearOn after watching his neighbor get stranded for six hours with a broken-down car on Mirpur Road. Three different garages quoted three different prices. None of them showed up on time. The mechanic who finally arrived overcharged for a fix that took twelve minutes.

That night, he sketched the first version of GearOn on the back of a receipt - a simple idea: let drivers see the mechanic, the price, and the wait time before they commit.

Eight years later, GearOn is the largest on-demand vehicle service marketplace in Bangladesh. We've completed over 38,000 services, partnered with 850+ verified mechanics, and built a platform that puts trust and transparency at its core. We're just getting started.

What we stand for

Four principles we don't bend.

01
Transparency over margin
Drivers see prices upfront. Mechanics see fees upfront. Nobody gets surprised.
02
Mechanics are partners
Not gig workers. We invest in their training, ratings, and long-term earnings.
03
Local first
Built for Bangladesh - Bangla-first UI, bKash/Nagad payments, Dhaka traffic patterns.
04
Boring is safe
We move carefully on safety, payments, and verification. Speed never beats trust.
